Perhaps this is old news, but I think it still warrants mentioning as a surprising amount of people seem to be unaware that tomorrow night (Sunday, 11/7) Childrens’ Hospital’s season finale will be premiering LIVE.
A statement directly from [ adult swim] describes the episode like so:
“In a special ‘live’ episode, a visiting sultan needs emergency surgery and the staff mobilizes to help. Later, Blake faces a crucial decision about his clown makeup, and Glenn cuts off his finger for Valerie. In a surprise ending, the shocking truth about one of the doctors is revealed, shattering everyone’s perceptions.” *
There will be two separate tapings, one for the east coast feed and one for the west coast feed. So if you want to watch out of love of the show, curiosity, sadistic desire to catch some potential LIVE mishaps, and/or something as simple and wonderful as the experience of seeing something in it’s pure, LIVE state, be sure to be sitting in front of your TV 12am/11pm Central, Sunday night, for “Sultan’s Finger.” (Airing LIVE.)
