Hosts of Canada’s Night Sweats in conjunction with Robert Kirkman’s Skybound bring you Adult Swim’s next “Procedural Cop Drama.”

With aforementioned programming still looming/uncertain (but not cancelled), Adult Swim has announced it will be brining last year’s Canadian exclusive, Psi Cops to Adult Swim here in the US on July 7th. The show stars hosts of Canada’s Night Sweats (an animated anthology series) Bart Bachelor and Chris Nielsen as cop buddies who investigate spooky and unexplained phenomenon.

From the preview (below), the show has kind of a Tigtone (and a tiny bit Assy McGee) vibe to it. Considering AS has been branching out to different countries such as Canada as well as Latin America, it will be interesting to see how well the show fits as far as the mainstream American audience is concerned.

Psi Cops is being produced by Canada’s Corvus Entertainment in conjunction with Skybound Galactic (subsidiary of Skybound Entertainment) being Exec Produced by Skybound’s Robert Kirkman (Walking Dead, Void Rivals) as well as both Bachelor and Nielsen (among others).
