Sort of a “While We’ve Been Out” at New York Comic-Con article. Here’s a bit of what’s been going on in the world of [adult swim]…

• On the heels of the Childrens/NTSF renewal news, it was reported that both Robot Chicken as well as Eagleheart have been renewed. Still no word on Delocated, tho.
• Speaking of Eagleheart, for those who weren’t aware: Chris Elliott came out with a new “unauthorized” autobiography titled “The Guy Under The Sheets.” Elliott also appeared in the Autograph Area of NYCC, but no panels unfortunately.
• Hollywood Reporter has an article up in regards to Adam Scott, how “The Greatest Event in Television History” came to be, how Scott and his wife Naomi started Gettin’ Rad Productions, and how the Scotts will be producing two more specials for [adult swim] – At least in regards to the last one, can’t wait!
• Check it Out w/ Dr. Steve Brule Seasons 1 & 2 as well as Dethalbum III were released yesterday. No review on Brule (unfortunately,) however check out the awesome Dethalbum III review our own Nikki did.
• [as]games has released “Girls Love Robots” for iOS devices. In a less interesting story… Major Mayhem is now available on Blackberry…
• The mystery behind ThingX continues… Along with yesterday’s news, we’ve learned that ThingX has social media on tumblr, twitter, etc. According to their Facebook, the delay in yesterday’s ThingX launch is due to “protesters.” A twitter/FB called Stop ThingX is also online… more than likely part of the “campaign” for whatever ThingX will ultimately be.
