DVR Theater Update

Last week, we let you folks know that there were strange things afoot on the 4am DVR Theater Slot on [ adult swim]. Now that the week has progressed, we have more info on programming you can see (if you haven’t already… which there’s a chance you may have.) during that slot:

*For those who aren’t aware of what’s being aired this week, Cheyenne Cinnamon aired previously on TV, as well as part of the B.U.N.S. pilots which also included Duckworth, Southies, and Snake n’ Bacon (which also aired on TV previous.) Let’s Fish aired as part of an announced pilot night a few years ago, which included Superjail, Drinky Crow, and others.

Your Pretty Face Is Going To Hell is a yet to be shown pilot by Dave Willis ( Aqua Teen Hunger Force) and Chris “Casper” Kelly (Stroker and Hoop.) A clip of the pilot can be seen here, under the title “1,000 Virgins.” It seems the pilot stars Dana Snyder, Mike Schatz (voice of Emory on ATHF), Hugh Davidson (Thomas Jefferson from Young Person’s Guide/Saul of the Molemen), and Willis himself as the Devil.

Lastly, Freaknik: The Musical, which aired last Spring (and is also available on DVD) starring T-Pain as the titular character as well as Andy Samberg, Rick Ross, Lil’ Wayne, Lil’ Jon, and basically ever other current rapper you can think of. Obviously, the block will be extended by 30 minutes to allow the 1 hour special to air.

Currently, there is no information available on either DirecTV or FiOS in regards to the week of January 23rd – 29th. In addition, as we had announced previous… “The Week of February 5th” is being dedicated to “Ant Sweeps Week.” We will post all information when it becomes available.
