Suffice to say we saw this coming… This past weekend, Childrens Hospital bagged its second consecutive Emmy win for “Short-format Live-Action Entertainment Programs.”
CH wasn’t exactly up against any serious competition (at least not in the televised sense). Most were webisodes based on retired TV shows, mini-webisodes from The Daily Show, Zach Galifianakis’s “Between Two Ferns”, The Beyonce SuperBowl Halftime, and Burning Love – which recently made the jump from stand-alone webisodes to an E! series, also starring CH’s Ken Marino and EP’d by CH’s Jonathan Stern.
