Though hardly a surprise after the panel announcement for New York Comic Con, NYMag.com has posted an article officially announcing comedian Janeane Garofalo’s entrance into the third season of Delocated.
Speculation, within [as]central was that Janeane would be replacing Mighty Joe John, the Black Blonde (played in Season Two by Jerry Minor) who met his untimely demise at the end of last season. The NYMag.com article confirms our theory, that Garofalo will indeed be portraying Season Three’s Network Executive in charge of both “Delocated” as well as (presumably) the reality show for Sergei and Yvgeny Mirmensky (played by Steve Cirbus and Eugene Mirman respectively.)
Delocated is a live-action comedy created and starring comedian Jon Glaser as a man in the witness protection program, but also on a reality TV show. Season Three is tentatively scheduled for Spring 2012.
