Venture Bros: Radiant is the Blood of the Baboon Heart is Coming to Max

Warner Brothers Discovery has announced that The Venture Bros.: Radiant is the Blood of the Baboon Heart will make its streaming debut later this week, shortly after it makes its network premiere.

In a press release made on August 28th, WBD announced all the shows and movies coming to their streaming service Max for September, listing Radiant is the Blood of the Baboon Heart as being available starting September 2nd. It’s worth noting that Max is also the streaming home for The Venture Bros. in the United States, having all 85 episodes of the series, including three specials and the pilot.

There’s still no word as to why they’ve sped up the release window for the Venture movie, but it could have to do with the shortage of physical copies of the film upon its initial release.

Radiant is the Blood of the Baboon Heart is currently available to own on digital and BluRay, with its network premiere set for Sept. 1st at Midnight on Adult Swim.

Venture Bros. Movie Update!

Venture Bros. fans can rejoice as we receive another update on the upcoming movie. This time courtesy of series co-creator Doc Hammer. Hammer posted on his Instagram that he was currently working on the title sequence for the upcoming long-form special, and posed a question to fans asking what they’d like to see in the way of special features on the film’s DVD release.

The Venture Bros. movie doesn’t yet have a release date, but it’s speculated to be arriving sometime this fall.

Like I mentioned last time, July 2013 was your last Venture Bros fix. That’s a long time. It’s 2015 now! That’s nuts! But, if you’re a Venture fan, you’re used to it. Waiting is part of the job, of course. Season one ended in ’04 and two began and ended in ’06. Three didn’t get going until ’08. Four ended in 2010, while five came around in 2013.

Patience is a virtue, and if you love The Venture Bros, it’s one you have to have. But it’s cool. Because when the show does come back? Oh man, oh man. It’s more amazing than you could have imagined. It never stops being amazing.

I hope you’re ready for your next fix, because it’s coming this coming Monday. The hour-long special, “All This And Gargantua-2” will air Monday, January 19th at Midnight on Adult Swim. And it looks amazing. Check the trailer:

It’s finally here! Yesterday, Netflix has released a number of your favorite [adult swim] and Cartoon Network shows to their Instant Streaming service. Keep in mind, this is (more than likely) only the beginning of what to expect on Netflix. Somehow I’m sure Space Ghost, Harvey Birdman, Superjail, and your other favs will eventually find their way onto Netflix.
