COMEDIAN ERIC ANDRÉ RETURNS TO ADULT SWIM WITH “ERIC ANDRÉ LIVE NEAR BROADWAY,” PREMIERING THURSDAY, JANUARY 18 AT MIDNIGHT

BURBANK (January 4, 2024) – Eric André will bring his anarchic comedy show “Eric André Live Near Broadway” to Adult Swim Thursday, January 18 at midnight ET/PT. Featuring André’s lo-fi brand of late-night entertainment and punk rock comedy, his performance at Terminal 5 in New York City was filmed for the half-hour special, and includes guest appearances from Emmy® and Tony® winning actor Billy Porter alongside fan-favorite characters The Grim Reaper and The Fridge Keeper. “We’re spilling ranch-covered nightmares across America, and now we’re entering your home thanks to Adult Swim,” said André. A staple of Adult Swim programming since it first debuted in 2012, the sixth season of “Eric Andre Show” premiered on Adult Swim last year. André and Mike Rosenstein serve as Executive Producers. “Eric André Live Near Broadway” will also be available the next day on Max.

X, infamous on social media for his trolling and for his provocative onstage performances, seems to have finally met his match in the form of Andre, whose set design unnerves X almost immediately. It only gets more bizarre from there, and the “Old Town Road” rapper can only laugh in disbelief.

The Eric Andre Show season 6 premieres on June 4th.

Originally premiering on Adult Swim in 2012, “The Eric Andre Show” takes place on a dingy public-access TV channel within an alternate reality, featuring an unpredictable mix of actual celebrities, “fake” celebrities and extreme real-life weirdos. These interviews are broken up with deranged man-on-the-street segments, surreal flashes of inexplicable studio chaos, talk show desk-pieces and the general deconstruction of late night’s most beloved trope. “The Eric Andre Show” is produced by Abso Lutely Productions and executive produced by Eric Andre, Kitao Sakurai, Mike Rosenstein, Dave Kneebone, and Dan Curry who also serves as head writer.
